What if my estate planning requires more than a standard will package?

Our fixed-fee estate planning services are based on the assumptions identified in the applicable estimate. Where a client's circumstances involve more complex estate planning, business ownership, trusts, tax planning considerations, blended families or other specialized matters, additional legal services may be required. We would be pleased to discuss your circumstances and any additional legal fees before proceeding.

*  The published flat fees do not include GST, disbursements or other charges, all of which are payable in addition to our legal fees. They are based on our standard documents and include up to one-half hour for an initial consultation and one-half hour to review and sign the documents. The couples rate assumes a standard common distribution plan. Additional fees may apply for additional consultation, non-standard documents, revisions, rush service, remote meetings or meetings outside standard business hours.
