Annual Corporate Maintenance and Service Agent Fees
Corporations incorporated or operating in Alberta are often required to complete certain annual corporate maintenance requirements. Depending upon the corporation, these may include annual returns, maintaining a registered office and service agent in Alberta, and preparing annual corporate resolutions.
We provide these services on an annual basis and renew our register office and service agent services each year in the Alberta Corporate Registries annual filing year for the company.
Estimates are provided for registered office and service agent services that fall within our standard process and documentation for typical circumstances. Where instructions, process requirements, documentation, or circumstances depart from that standard, additional legal fees may apply. Registered office and service agent services are ongoing in nature and are limited to the scope of services included in the estimate. Additional services or requirements may result in additional legal fees.
