For Companies from Provinces Part of the New West Trade Partnership Agreement [B.C., Sask., Man.]
Companies from a jurisdiction that is part of the New West Trade Partnership Agreement [British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba] are not required to file extra-provincial annual returns with the Alberta Registrar of Corporations, but are required to maintain good standing with the Corporate Registrar in their home jurisdiction, which is Alberta lawyers is outside of our scope of service and expertise.
So, this service doesn't include the filing of an Extra-Provincial Annual Return in Alberta it is not required under the New West Trade Partnership Agreement.

The fees are based upon our standard form of documents and standard processes, include one half hour consultation and one half hour meeting to review and execute documents, are for non-distributing corporations incorporated in Alberta with the Registrar of Corporations for Alberta only [excepting the Extra-Provincial Registration and Agent for Service services] with 15 or less shareholders, 15 or less Directors, and does not include unanimous shareholders agreements or other agreements between shareholders. Additional charges may apply for additional time and non-standard services and documentation required. There may be additional fees and disbursements [and resulting G.S.T.] for additional services depending upon the requirements of your particular transaction. The costs of the your transaction generally includes [1] Legal Fees; and [2] Disbursements. Legal Fees are those amounts that law firms charge for the services provided in attending to your legal matters. Disbursements are those expenses incurred by law firms in order to complete your transaction. Requests to meet at a remote location [location other than Lopatka Law] or outside our standard business hours can be accommodated and additional fees may apply.
