Extra Provincial Corporation from New West Trade Partnership Jurisdiction [British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba]: Service Agent Services

 

Companies from a jurisdiction that is part of the New West Trade Partnership Agreement [British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba] are not required to file extra-provincial annual returns with the Alberta Registrar of Corporations, but are required to maintain good standing with the Corporate Registrar in their home jurisdiction, which is Alberta lawyers is outside of our scope of service and expertise.

So, this service doesn't include the filing of an Extra-Provincial Annual Return in Alberta it is not required under the New West Trade Partnership Agreement.
