Hourly Rate Legal Services

 

One of the primary benefits of an hourly rate basis is that you pay only for the time required for the legal services that you request, as opposed to a flat fee or contingency fee basis where the fee is not based upon the time spent providing you the legal services requested.

For those services for which we charge an hourly rate we can offer an hourly rate of $365.00 per hour, however, the hourly rate will and does vary depending upon the lawyer at the firm doing the work, the complexity of the legal issues and nature of the legal work and reflects what we consider to be a current and competitive hourly rate for our services, as adjusted over the period of the engagement.
