Many clients wish to understand the cost of preparing estate planning documents before proceeding. To assist with this, we provide an online estimate for preparing wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives.

These estimates are based on typical planning scenarios and may vary depending on individual circumstances, including personal, financial, and family considerations. Where instructions, process requirements, documentation, or circumstances depart from that standard, additional legal fees may apply. It is our practice to advise you where a matter falls outside the scope of services included in the estimate, including where additional fees apply.
